Yeah, Dotty said that. But I don't have his swing speed...

I should hopefully have the PX Black by, say, Thur. What would be a good time for me to bring it, the 6Q3 and a few beers?

got some Sharpro 3CAT grips and now just need to confirm the easiest way DIY changing.
procedure: cut off the old grips, clean residues, masking tape, then heaps of WD-40 on tape and inside grip, slide in/align and wait for drying?

really no need of spirit and double side tape? same for steel and graphite shafts?

That is pretty much it. A hook blade stanley knife is the easiest way to cut off the old grips. You may need a heat gun if they have used multiple layers of double sided tape. An air compressor and appropriate tool makes putting the new grips on easy. If you are going to do it manually you will probably need to put the shafts in a vice with the appropriate shaft holder to protect/grip the shaft.

Lots of instructional videos of the process on youtube. Watch a few and get comfortable, and ask any residual questions in need.

Works a treat with wd 40. Remember to wash your hands before you go to the toilet! Just saying
I have used all sorts of spray chemicals to re grip clubs including hairspray, Mr Sheen, insect spray, deodorant and paint to name a few. Hardest thing is to the get the grip all the way down. Two tips hold the grip in the correct position first then slip in on. Keep a towel handy! Make sure the tape has a little w d40 on it. And do it in the corner as the head will be a little more stable.

done my 1st trial grip change y/day, easier and cleaner than i expected but..... when checking this morning found the butt end can still be twisted, the rest from fingers grip downward is nice and firm. for sure not affecting anything as not gripping there.

am i not pushing all the way enough (no homo) or not enough WD-40 there?

Andy, once you've got the grip on, flip the club and bang grip end down onto floor to ensure it's gone all the way, then adjust alignment?

I think so, it doesn't dry out. It is a lubricant, that's the last thing you want to use on a grip
