What is the best way to remove a snapped shaft out of a wedge where the shaft has snapped at the hosel? Would it be easier to buy a good drill bit to drill it out or use a thread tap to cut it out?
Drill bit.
Cool thanks guys, I rang my club builder mate and he said he will do it for me.

A bit of advice from those with the knowledge to possibly save me making a mistake please.
I am considering putting a new shaft into an old head that I had stuck away in the shed.
The Shaft:- is graphite in construction, measures 45.5" , weighs 66gms, is Reg Flex and has a CPM of 242 and torque of 3.5.
The Head:- A Cleveland Launcher TL310 - 9.5 degree with a bare head weight of 200gms.
Is this a good fit or am I barking up the wrong tree. If so, can someone recommend what loft and weight I should be looking at for this shaft.
Thanks in advance guys.
The TL310 is a good head. It is .350 hosel size though. So if your shaft is .335, you will have to shim it in.
Post some specs of the shaft too ( make, brand etc)
Are those online swng weight calculators any good
http://www.leaderboard.com/SWINGWEIGHT
Mucking around installing a 'chuck and just need an indication that im on the right path before the chappy gets it to fine tune
Cheers
