Just discovered that season 2 of Joe Pickett has started. Quite enjoyed season 1, and stars Aussie Michael Dorman, who started in the first two seasons of For All Mankind.
Watched the first two EPs of City On Fire, and it's going not too bad. Then the end of the 2nd ep hooked us.
Also giving The Essex Serpent a go. I am not a period drama person, and Rob's idea of one is either Bridgerton or Outlander, but with Claire Danes and Tom Hiddleston, thought we could give it a go.Ping G10 Project X S

Just finished a mini-series on Paramount+ called No Escape.
I was dubious after the first ep put persisted, and I'm glad I did. Turned out to be quite good!

Probably brought up before but Mr.Inbetween by Scott Ryan is excellent. Pity he wasn't backed in Australia to make it and had to wait until America gave him a chance. Anyway, a great dark comedy.
