Yeah, a mate and his have suggested that to me! It must be ok, cause she's not the person I thought would be in to something gory.

Has it really been 10 years since he was last on? I know that's what they're saying, but I can't really believe it's been that long?

just finished binge watching Final Space on netflix.... no futurama or Rick & Morty clone here... sort of a Star Trek/Star Wars/Space Opera thing going on...
went in with zero expectation... but was pretty enjoyable till i finished the whole season... now have to wait till next year

Binge watched Trapped which was great and now The Bridge is on my radar. Trapped was slow and steady without the exaggerated bells and whistles and i quite enjoyed it. Nice scenery and mood.

Great show. The Bridge is very good too, as is Midnight Sun. Season 2 of Trapped is currently underway as well.

Just looked at Midnight Sun, looks good for sure mate. Will add it to the list.

I watched the first episode of The Bridge with the wife last year, but we haven't got back to it.

I binge watched the first season of Counterpart; that was good.

I'm currently watching American Gods, as the concept seemed to be my sort of thing. Two episodes in, and it hasn't grabbed me.

Does anyone else have Amazon Prime? I've got it for the free month trial, but I probably won't continue when there is Netflix, plus the FTA on-demand channels with enough content.

Rob finished American gods, but I only watched maybe 2 EPs tops. We've got prime for the next month too. Will probably watch the Jack Ryan series. Rob had watched The Man In The High Castle before and loved it. I watched Ghostbusters 1 and 2, and we watched A Quiet Place last night. But we won't keep it either. Maybe we'll join up again when The Expanse S4 drops, but maybe not. But S1,2 and 3 is on there if you want some great SciFi.

Speaking of sci-fi, I watch The Orville, even though I never watched Star Trek.

Star Trek Discovery is pretty good. A bit darker than the usual kind of Star Trek series

I'm in to both of those. I have watched all the star treks, with the exception of deep space 9.

    I didn't know that there was a U.S. version.

Ah ok. Yeah the US version is centred around a bridge on the Mexico border, but I understand it wasn't very good. The original Euro version is what I've watched (all 4 seasons) and is excellent (if you can deal with subtitles).

It wasn't that we didn't like it, but it was watched before I went away. It is harder to start again knowing that we will have to rewatch the first episode.
