It has been a couple of times previously, but i don't really mind getting it over and done with. Haven't picked up a club since i played Iain so i'm winging it anyway - we may as well get it done quick!

Shit I've drawn the champ in my group first round.
Ahh well that will be the end of his champs then as I bring him down to my level.
Will have plenty of bourbon cans to lift his spirits though.

9 mins between groups! Is this because we're all 3m tall and hit the ball 300m with our sand wedges? Or is that to give us time to find a ball in the bunker?

Thanks nk for organising the draw. It's always good to have a hit with the other 3 in this group. Hopefully they feel the same about me.

9 minutes is good spacing. My club runs 10 min gaps, even better.

With 6 minute gaps, there are just too many people on a golf course.

Geez ... paired with Vegas .... BORING !!

All he ever does is hit it down the middle and then hit it on the green.

Oh well. Daves must be due for his 7th hole in one this year too ..

Since I failed in simple thread title comprehension this morning...

My ugly pants pursuit may be in jeopardy since Mr P has shown disinterest in being grouped with an ugly pantser. Should I or should I not?

I had asked about it, and shavey thinks the only option would be a six hole shot gun... But that would take away from the social finish.

Maybe a split may work 70% off 10 and the others follow the comp off one.

Unless numbers grow alot I think we have the best option
