So far so good, into the 2nd Stubbie, probably should pour it into a glass but can't be bothered maybe the next one will make a glass.

Thanks for giving me the excuse to go there a second time today! Grabbed a six each of the Hefeweizen and Pale Ale, plus a 6 pack of Coronas for an extra $10.

thats nothing, 2 six packs of 4 Pines, Case of The Chancer, Case of Jacobs Creek Sparkling Pinot noir Chardonnay and the bonus bottle of Sav Blanc. All in one pit stop and then Mrd Grunt comes home with a Tap King and 2 mini kegs of The Chancer. I think I might have a problem

I haven't heard many lagers called extraordinary. I've seen it around, so I'll keep my eye out.

Had a Murrays Retro Rocket IPA the other day - was amazed to learn it was only 2.8% alcohol content. Hands down the best light beer I've had, but there are better pales out there...

It is worth it i think But it all comes down to personal taste. Not a huge lager fan, but the last 2 ive had have been very very good. If you can get away from thinking of lagers as Heineken and all the green bottle type beers, there are some great ones to be had

Anyone Czech beers worth trying?. I see they are the world's leading beer consumers, so I would assume they have some interesting brews.

I haven't had any that I can think of, except for the beer that Budweiser was based on. Budvar or something like that. Czech Pilsner is a specific style.

The yanks stole the name but not the quality. Budweiser Budvar is a very nice pale lager that had been brewed for hundreds of years before America was even discovered. The Czechs also invented Pilsner (it comes from Plzen). Pilsner Urquell is the original and is one of my favourite beers. Don't know much about their smaller breweries. Pretty sure there's an ozgolfer living over there who could probably point you in the right direction.
Cinderella story, out of nowhere, former greenskeeper, now about to become a Masters champion..... It looks like a mirac.. It's in the hole! It's in the hole!

I bought 2 six packs yesterday. And was given one by a customer on new years eve. That's more beer than I've had in the house in 2 years, probably 3 really.

Edge Brewing Project Angel of Zest Finger Lime Saison.

Never had a saison before, so can't really compare it to anything, but gee friggin willikers its a great drop.
Sort of like a Belgian Ale and a Weisbeer.

If you asked me under pain of death, i would say it's like White Rabbit White Ale on steroids

Great name for a beer too.

I went to Beerfest yesterday. Had half a dozen new beers before I had to go. There are some good up and coming brewers round here!

If I do it again I will stick to having tastes rather than pots though!

It was pretty good, I imagine ours would be fairly small scale compared to others but there was still lots to choose from.

Think next time I go I will have more tastes instead of buying a pot of everything I want to try. Was ready for a little nap when I got home

How many have you ticked off? I will have a look and hope to get around 20 at least. Have heard a certain OzGolfer may have almost got to 80 :8
