Tooheys Extra Dry. Was put onto them by a mate over Christmas, and haven't looked back!

Been off the grog for a while now, trying to lose a few kilos.

    Cheers

Drank the other four Radlers. Still tasted like arse.

Asahi Super Dry, Bittburger and becks are all getting some love lately.

I don't mind the Radler, but won't buy it again. Almost time to get another carton on my 3/4 a week budget (stubbies that is not cartons). Suggestions?

Unless it's some wierd poor man's alternative, I have paid upwards of $80 a case for it! At $35 a carton I'd be stocking up. It is the single best beer I have ever drunk.

Big call there Scott .....Bitburger is an ok beer that I have imbibed at the German club here in Brisbane but I've also paid around the $40 mark for a carton and thats about the right price.

Since I've cut back my beer intake, I'm thinking of doing some more sampling of different beers.

I saw that James Squire on special at a boozer the other day, but I wasn't driving and it isn't very close to home, but it was recommended.

    VERY IMPORTANT CLARIFICATION

I got mixed up. The beer I consider to be mother's milk is Hoegaryten, not Bittburger. Bittburger is average. My bad.

Just a heads up ... I went to the local Dan Murphy's at Northlakes this arvo and noticed they had the BlueTongue Pilsner stubs for $49.99 a box !

I'm not sure if this is their regular price but that's a great deal on a quality beer

Cascade Premium Lager just at the moment. I don't know beer, but this tastes alright. Any beer during work hours is good.
