Fat Yak is on tap at the Pig and Whistle, was there a few nights ago.

Even snuck into Eagle Farm on Saturday morning on my way to the airport for a few races. Was going to text you for a few tips but didn't have your mobile number.

Won $87 on the 1st race, then lost $70 of it on the next 3 before I had to leave.

Some decent talent there though! Very few people there, but 70% of them were 23-30 y.o women dressed up (mostly at hen's days by the look of it). Might be an untapped resource for any single Brisbane lads.

Haven't bought a carton for a while. Did the walk around the coldroom, and landed on a carton of Tooheys Extra Dry Platinum.
Very nice drop, for me anyway!
Was going to try one of those fusion brews (With a hint of lemon/lime/whatever) but decided against it. Might try a 6 pack, but not a whole carton!
Peer pressure, all my mates are raving about them.

I managed to ignore the evil forces tonight! But, the force seems strong with this one.
I enjoy a corona with lemon or lime, am I as bad as my mates (Who drink Radlers & fusions?)

As a lover of Corona w/ lemon or lime, I gave the fusion/raddler a go. The taste was way different.

I'd describe it as maybe like corona, if you used 50ml of lime cordial instead of a slice of lime, then drank down to the label and got your cat to fill it up

On Tap - XXXX Gold if I'm driving, however the pub downstairs from work has Asahi on tap and that gets a run when the car is left at home.

    Otherwise it's Coopers Pale.

Got some fusion dry or something while in Coffs. Awful stuff, supposedly lime and salt. Gave it away. They did have Byron Bay on tap at the SSS Steak Barn so I gav that a go!

Cheers 69, I think I saw it for $35 a carton, seemed cheap for Coopers, am going to recommend it to the F-I-Law.

    Very nice drop Aldo.

Doesn't taste like a mid, it actually has some flavour.

Tomorrow is payback. New sticks + hangover. Glad I have a capable partner

Now wish me luck, I have to go inform the wife that she will be driving tonight as I am in no condition after 3 hours of lawn cutting, etc...

    Good luck.

Come out guns blazing in the morning. A nice late tee time will give you plenty of time to down an energy drink and a Up'n'Go

The memories.... Visited a mate on a Sunday arvo once, living in the NT. Don't remember the details, but it ended up with us drinking Melbourne Bitter tallies while mowing his lawn. Hot & Humid in the middle of the build up....

I wouldn't have minded a Melbourne Bitter. I haven't had one in ages!

The wife took the driving bit well, she actually brought it up.

Aldo, I'm all out of energy drinks, which could be a problem, but all stocked on Up and Go!

i'll take any form of energy that early in the morn.

things went sour after that last post. i got up from the computer to do something for the wife. saw one of the girls' mini soccer balls. thought i would just kick it into the playpen. was a little strong on the kick and managed to break one of the connectors for the blinds, narrowly avoided smashing a window.

i would have been fine if i didn't decide to superglue it right after it happened with the wife ready to leave....

Very nice drop indeed Jarro. It was my beer of choice for the past few weeks. Public holiday weekend means premium beer time, so I have the Blue Tongue Lager's today.

    Looks like a bonus.
You'd think they'd pick up on something like that... I've found a stubby which was overfilled. How many were underfilled?
I'll write them a letter & see what they say.
