The last 12 moths has been a trying time for all golf clubs in the South-East. I suspect that most of the clubs with a course that has a clay base will be in similar situation to Caboolture. The land developers will be interested in how the Club manages its finances, seeing that it is located on the high ground in the township - prime real estate potential.
