Is there somewhere people would recommend for a beginner? (inner north/west suburbs prefered) or is there places to stay away from?

    Paul Hart is in Sydney.

There are a few guys at Sanctuary Lakes, I reckon they are okay.

The range at Sunshine has a few guys but watch out for the HG sell here though.

From what I've seen of Bruces' game - yes.
