Barely a scud here. hasn't even wet the ground yet.

I will definitely be there, but might grab a cart if there is one. My back has been giving me merry hell all night. More drugs coming up!

Well, it ended up being a slog. First 7 holes were quite pleasant with the light drizzle, but it just got bad from there.

Thanks Mega and Henno for a most enjoyable round. Mega's eagle on 12 being the highlight.

    Scores:
    Golfer69: 34 points
    Henno: 33 points
    Daves: 33 points
    MegaWatty: 32 points
    Timah!: 32 points
    Nudgee: 28 points?
    GC: ??

Some extremely tough scoring and play, highlighted by the fact that I don't think there was an afternoon field out. Skirts.

wow that was some ugly golf mixed in with not too many patches of decent stuff.

Nudgee v GC matchplay - 2Up for Nudgee. Was 3 down after 6 then managed to get back to even at half point then got up to 3 up with 3 to go. Lost the par 3 16!! then hit hybrid off the tee on 17 and hooked it but did not expect to loose it which we did as we could not find it. This gave me the shits (literally) but managed a par on the last for a 2 Up win.

Thanks to GC for the game, it was ugly and the weather was worse - so over wet rounds!!! Thanks to Daves and G69 for the company................

I think the ending has already been given away in the Rules thread.

Thanks for organizing this Timah! I had a great day. It was great to meet some of the ther QLD boys.

Shit day for it, but I was pretty impressed with the course especially the green complexes. Possibly the best set of 18 I've seen on a members track. They also rolled extremely well.

As for the golf, 69er took the coin with 34 points which was acceptable in the conditions. I think most of us were within a couple of strokes of him.

Timah, what won the day and did I earn myself anything for my eagle?

No worries, one day i'll remember to organise some decent weather as well!

    A Gde: 39 ocb
    B Gde: 45
    C Gde: 47
    BRD: 38.

Ridiculous! Nothing for your eagle i'm afraid, except for Henno and myself being suitably impressed.

45 and 47 in the piss? You are joking!

If they didn't have so many NTPs, the ball run down could almost cover the entire field! How many blokes got out there yesterday?

Unfortunately, i'm not. Seems to be a regular occurrence of a weekend. Especially 'C' grade.
    Not sure how many played.
