Shavey: might be worthwhile giving some thought to a Plan B, just in case. (funny that Kooralbyn and Palm Meadows have being bought back to life!)

Pelican Waters is for sale now, and by October just might have a new owner, Horton Park GC, and therefore we wouldnt get on if that happened.
If you are not up to speed, HP will have the council resuming their land by sale or acquisition by Mid 2011 and putting a bulldozer through it, and the club has the cash to be able to buy PW now.

Its a bit of a stretch that it will happen, but its definitely not out of the question. Whatever happens though, will be known by about March.
