Woorim was a good one at very juicy odds!! Shame I didn't get on it.. Although I did have $15 each way on Westriver Kevydonn in the Cyril Flower Stakes at Ascot paying $10. Family friend's niece trains it so was very happy!

Eagsy I am a fan of Woorim but was amazed how hard it got home in that field....unbelievable win.

Elite Falls gave Woorim a healthy start, ran the final 400 in 22.15 and still got rolled, incredible.

Yeah look at the replay and it was still last at the 250-300m mark.
Also can't believe it was heathcote's first group 1. Hes been a decent trainer up here for a while and thought he would have jagged a group 1 during our carnival somewhere.

I would have said at the 200m mark it is still last, maybe a nose 2nd last but I reckon it was still last. In a big field like that to get home from last was a huge effort!

Sure was a hell of a win Rich, I gave him no hope at the 200m mark.
I agree on Heathcote, he has been doing a great job for some time now. With a G1 now under his belt, he may get a few more classy types joining his stable.
