In a fickle game such as football, I'd be laying that sucker. But then again, I'm a huge pussy with no money.

for an outlay of $20 henno, you can have 50 on black caviar as a saver if you like.

From a racing enthusiast I hope she wins by 10, but from a punting point of view I want her to fall over as there is no money in her winning

I'll have a dabble on it. No idea what odds came up for it though, as Sportingbet don't tell me this far out from the race.

Good advice eags.... The dogs exist for reason, but thats only to pass time at the TAB!

In 3/4 hr the last at ipswich #7 Top Messiah is a real chance. Tough draw for 1200 but at ipswich still every chance! easy EW odds.

Tomorrow is a tough day. And most of the advise that i've seen tabled is to steer clear and watch the main race with black caviar.
    The bets i will have:

Race 2: Doomben #10 Fantasic Blue - if you can get some value get on (try find +$4) That's pretty short for me, but it's close to a good thing.

Race 8: Flemington #2 Lady Lyn and #7 Gail - Depending on the tote, (if lynette is too short i'll be EW on Gail for the upset)

    Good punting.

3rd still paid for a bottle of plonk. It's probably as good as i expected from barrier 12 or whatever it was. I got $4 the place, really would have given it a shake if had of got a better start.

OK back these at your own risk
Flemington Race 4 no 5 Dao Dao - Drawn well and should sit on the pace, drops 3kg and will strip fitter.
Race no 7 Sayahailmary - Should ping to the front, 3rd up from a spell so fitter, loves 1400m go well.
Race 7 no 1 Shocking - Have to back my old mate here, loves the track and much better suited over 2000m, will be wound up. Look for him storming down the outside late.

Warwick Farm Race 5 no 9 Scottish Border - Very nice 2nd behind the in form Lamasery, stepping up in distance, but should suit.
Race 8 no 9 Princess Qualo - Last couple have really caught the eye, with a bit of pace on she should be right in this.

Highlight of the day will be watching the mighty mare Black Caviar brain them in the Newmarket

Just having the one bet today. Flemington Race 7 Number 10 - Linton. Set for this race and should be a nice collect at 10-1 or thereabouts (back it straight out).

Listened to some tips on sky racing during lunch. Couple of tips from Newcastle today.

Race 6 no. 10 Zarzeus. 2nd up run and is a good each way chance. Ive got my cash on Sutton Queen which should be hard to beat but may be worth an each way if not place flutter.

Race 7 no. 6 Keepin the dream. Good chance for a place in this one if there is pace in the race (which there should be with Glintz, brilliant light and ahdashim). Probably cant win but worth a shot for the place.

Race 8 Emperor big nose. Good 2nd placing last week and will be better for the run.

    Happy punting!

There is one in today at Newcastle Race 7 no 10 Purrpurrlena, currently sitting @ $14.00 so a decent each way selection.
I should have put up my tips for Randwick yesterday, it was a nice profitable arvo for a change.

Western Force are paying 2.20 to beat the Lions. Not a bad bet there.

Waratahs and Reds are both unbackable this week. Rebels paying 8 to beat the reds and the Cheetahs paying 10 against the tahs.

Rebels at 8s is worth a flutter. I'll cheer the Reds, but I bet with my head not my heart.
