Damo and I also played today at Wynnum.

It wasn't a great quality match, especially when I won the first hole with a double bogey. I got out to a lead of 4up through 4 with only one par, before Damo came storming back with a run of pars bringing it back to a one hole gap after 8 holes. He couldn't maintain it though, plus three over for my next seven holes did the job. In the end, Damo just had too many bad holes and bogeys or pars were usually enough for me to win a hole.

He has been doing a bit of traveling of late and will continue to do so. He did mention that he might have to forfeit, in which case, the sooner we know the better, as poidda might be able to take his place.

kpac, Oxy is out of the matchplay. If poidda is available, you could have a match against him, otherwise it looks like you are through to round 2.
