The reason I chose that criteria is that those players from last year, have recently proven that they will get a match played, and not put there name down in the matchplay only to pull out later on. I hate seeing forfeits.

No. It's also known as kissing disease, as it is only transmitted via saliva.

I probably caught it from one of the kids, as they only get flu-like symptoms for glandular fever. Adults cop it big time. I've been reading some pretty depressing stuff about it.

Do what the doctor tells you! Rest, rest, rest! I had it in my early 20's, I think I lost something like a stone ( about 6kgs) in a week!. I got a throat infection with it that did not help things.

I've got a chest infection, as well. Coughing and an enlarged liver don't mix very well.

It's frustrating, because I've already been sick for nearly 4 weeks, but I've just got the symptoms for this in the last week. That's a lot of downtime for someone who is as physically active as what I am. I've already broken the record for most days without a run since I started running.

The problem with GF is the fitter you are the harder it tends to hit you it seems.

Bummer AP, I had GF just after my 21st, it kicked the shit out of me. I ended up losing 8kg and was stuck with it for 6 weeks.
As Daves says, rest, rest & rest some more.

If it was linked to your betting/tipping organisation Dicky you would be in trouble !

Iain and Jaybam are at least trying to set a date. Is anything happening with the other 3 matches?

We were going to play last week, but I kept getting lumped with the kids. This week was a goer, but I busted my finger playing footy.

    Should be ok next week

Hux, let me know what suit you best mate. I'll try accommodate as much as possible.
Weekends are easiest to be honest, but lets just see what comes of it. Happy to host on the coast, but i don't get many takers on those offers, so i'm prepared for travel.

As I have said befor kpac we could maybe organize a double header. Am happy to play pretty much anywhere as long as it doesn't cost an arm and a leg.
