    Default Midweek Games with AndyP

As most of you know, I'm a man of leisure at the moment and I have been having a regular game in the middle of the week. This has usually been on the Wednesdays, as I can get the car and don't have to drop the kids off at school. Thursdays are an option too, but it would need to be within school hours.

There are several open comps around on these days, that aren't too far away:
Wed - Carbrook, Gailes, Keperra, Nudgee, Redcliffe, Hills, Mt Warren Park, Windaroo.
    Thu - Ipswich, McLeod.

Gailes comp on the Wednesday or Wolston Park practice will be my go to option, but I will be willing to travel, if another OZgolfer is involved.

I know it is late notice, but does anyone want to play tomorrow at Mt Warren Park or elsewhere? I haven't played there before, and it's always good to try a new course now and then.

    How about Thursday at McLeod?

I am playing in the comp at Keperra tomorrow at 11.14am. Not sure if there are any spare spots as I didn't book it.

Friday's are a bit hard for me, as that's the one day that the missus has off and the kiddies need to get to and from school. The occasional Friday maybe, especially if it's close, but I'll have to pass this time as I have my first monthly medal the next day.

No worries, Daves. A bit too late for me, but I'm sure we'll play in future weeks.

Andy, i've jigged my work schedule around to clear up my morning for a round. I was going to try and get a round at Windaroo as early as possible if you're interested.

Can do Mt Warren as well if you'd prefer.

My only limitation in the morning is getting the missus to work in Paddington. That would be around 7-7:30a, then the drive down the highway from there. Too late for you?

Depends on whether you drop the wife off closer to 7 or 7.30 :P

Windaroo has 2 spots left at 7.49 which are the last spaces available, so i've snagged those, but if thats too early I can drop us out...

I had a think about it, and even sent an email to the missus, but before she has replied, I've decided that I shouldn't do it. It would put her and my neighbours out, and I would still be pushing it to get there. Maybe in a couple of weeks time we could do it.

    All good.

I'm trying to snag myself wed 10 Nov off, so might be free for an A.M. round then. Will let you know closer to the date, just depends on how much work I can get through...

Gailes next week or the week after, provided no rain & greens not sanded? prefer 6:15-30ish and i can drop you home (Mrs could then have the car for that day).

That sounds do-able. Thanks for the lift offer. If we play it next week, I might do McLeod this Thursday instead.

I booked a full group at Gailes for 6.54a for next week (3/11). The greens were done two weeks ago, so they should be okay.

If Rusty is a lock, I will start a new thread for the game.

A game at windaroo with Timah! is in pencil for Wed 10/11.

Okay, you've talked me into it. Anywhere in mind? Have you played Mt Warren Park before?

Let's pencil it in for something in the 9am area. I'd assume the timesheets won't come out until next week, but is anyone else interested?
