FFS!! get a room you two already
Sorry eag''s.
Yes Dotty, a very classy pin striped one. Looked superb.
Another well-executed gee-up.
Several weeks ago, Haysey & I planted a seed with Solarman that the fancy golf courses that we would be playing were quite traditional and much stricter than we are used to when it comes to dress regs. We told him that it was either long pants or long socks, hoping that he would take the bait. On arrival at The National GC, we were most amused to see him pull on some awful walk socks in the carpark. Much mirth ensued, before he stormed off to the pro shop. What made it even funnier is that the guy behind the counter told him he couldn't wear them on the course because they were not white.
Look for these socks to appear in the pro shop soon.
Such a grandpa look!

"I played golf. I did not get a hole in one, but I did hit a guy. That was way more satisfying." Mitch Hedberg
Was it really hot or does solarman not own pants? The "no sock" socks look a billion times better than that.
Still not playing enough GolfLink | Slightly less terrible stats brought to you by Golfshot - F: 57%, GIR: 23%, UD: 14%, P: 34. Wow, improvement! | Nickent brand ho or tightarse? You be the judge!

I'm not going over there. Mrs Solarman is on the warpath
"That former Solahart manager is so overbearing and intimidating"."
Golf is, in part, a game; but only in part. It is also in part a religion, a fever, a vice, a mirage, a frenzy, a fear, an abscess, a joy, a thrill, a pest, a disease, an uplift, a brooding, a melancholy, a dream of yesterday and a hope for tomorrow. - New York Tribune, 1916.
Pissed myself laughing internally when you told me about the stitchup at STCC the other week; can't (hangon yes I can) believe he fell for it....On arrival at The National GC, we were most amused to see him pull on some awful walk socks in the carpark.
Not true; they all think I'm weird coz I where pants up here all the time to keep the midgies at bay... Well actually, no, they just think I'm weird irrespective of pants...
Nothing a year of therapy won't fix...Amazingly, I appear to be intact. I have to keep checking to make sure I'm not getting phantom limb sensations.
An upgraded model for presenting to Bob in 2011!
NAGA v the Commonwealth is eerily similar to the winner of the competition, even down to the pitch and tone of the chuckle after the first "shot":
