The 16 hour road trip on Thursday with 2 kids in the car.

1.15am departure. 7.20pm arrival. Kids were fantastic. Portable DVD players are gold. Interesting line marking trial between Dubbo and Parkes. Will post somewhere else about that.

It is about 10 hours to Dubbo from Brissy. Be aware that you might strike delays going over Cunningham's Gap, I would go via Toowoomba personally, better road and just as quick.

Just checked todays results at Cooly Tweed.On a day when 39-41 points won most grades on both courses some joker has 48 points off 9. I got that as 3 under off the bat....on a fairly steamy day, with wet fairways....won by 8.
