Still remember the first time I heard that joke over a microphone - it was at a wedding my band was playing at and it was part of the best man's speech. The applause was a bit muted! Though I think they were laughing on the inside...

My PayPal account balance. About 10 days ago it was a healthy $1800, this morning it sits at $3. Can't even say I have really gone over board with my purchases either.

One JDM purchase can wipe that out.

If you've bought him a bottle of vodka for eight years straight it'd be pretty poor form not to give you the one back that you'll get for the next 8 years.

So you are the one in the telemarketing game calling me 10 times a day!

One day when I get either really frustrated or really bored I'm going to answer every call. I always give out my mobile number to people who ask for it, so I know that whenever my home phone rings it is a spammer.

Stop calling me, Pep. Whatever you are selling, I'm not buying it.

I went one step further and blocked all incoming calls on the home number, as the mobile had been the primary contact for years. We can only dial out on it.

I rarely ever get sick and when i do it's milder than everyone else gets (with stuff going around) but as of yesterday i am the sickest i've been in years. I am out of bed now and not too bad however this morning a girl from work msg's me that the three who died overnight in a horrific head on with a tanker (just outside town) include a guy that was once my tradesman, a guy i worked with for 7 or 8 years. We shared many fishing trips, pub sessions etc.

Not a sympathy post, we lost contact over a decade when he became a train driver and moved but it's a good reminder isn't it. A guy at golf last week told me they just found a huge tumour in his friend (53yo), who was set in life with a thriving business and great family. It was in a bad spot at the back of the head. They had a crack at removal and now give him 1-5 years.

Telemarketers hahaha. I've filled out the do not call thing, works mostly good. One foreign sounding guy rang me ages ago, i hung up without a word as i commonly did. He rang straight back and abused the living crap out of me, screaming at the top of his lungs. As angry as he was he was stunned into silence. If the cops were outside my house they would have locked me up.

There's a special place in my heart for telemarketers.

    You hear that Pep
