As of this morning I was 100g away from breaking the 10 kilo lost barrier. Went for a walk/jog this arvo in the heat and got called into work at 6pm. Little did I know that I am working to 3:30am. That should burn a few calories.

For frisbee golf? There are lots of courses in NZ, but I didn't get to try them without a quality frisbee (at $30 each).

thats the thing. for no real reason.
i took the kids down to the park with a $2 P.O.S. it wouldn't fly level
so i went up the shops and couldn't find a decent one

so a few hours and 3 beers later i now know what the best frisbee to get is

i used to love some frisbee action.the golf and ultimate frisbee do sound cool
and apparently it is a flying disc in pro circles

That I'm booked to play a strokeplay comp at Secret Harbour on Saturday with a front forecast to roll through. Could get very ugly...

That the plateau might be happening. No loss in 2 days. I can't drop my calorie intake much more without not eating at all.

This is true, and is something that I have generally avaoided over the last month.

The FBC has certainly shown up the competitive side of a few of us.

    Tight arses,

I work with some very highly paid guys that cant scrounge any more than $2 for a charity. As you all know I am raising money for the Arrow Bone Marrow Foundation with my paddle and I tired to sell some raffle tickets to the guys at work.
Guys on similar money to myself and less donated well, $10 worth of raffle tickets would be the average purchase.
I go up to one of the Duty Managers on $200K+ and he reaches into his pockets and say sorry mate cant afford anything. I think the old rule is true 'The more you earn the Tighter you get!'

QANTAS wont donate anything as it is not on their list of official charities. another tight arse!

I think you're being a bit unfair. While I'm sure some of the people are just tight, some will no doubt make significant contributions (in money and time) to other equally deserving charities. The same is true for large companies - they can't support every single charity.
