The tube is the same as carrying a tube of Berocca. I sell them retail at $13 for 12 tabs...so if you use your own water, it works out WAY cheaper than buying Gatorade at the pro shop. You add one tab / 500-600ml, or I use two in a 1L bottle.
Thanks TF, sounds good. I might buy some to try.

    The salvital.

The belief that salt helps with cramps is flawed due to the 'Chinese whispers' effect. Table salt (sodium chloride) will do very little for cramping in the short term, and if anything will make it worse if taken consistently as it dehydrates you. Magnesium deficiency is usually the cause for muscle cramps (though sometimes is can be calcium too). Taking magnesium supplements will prevent cramping because it corrects this deficiency. But the body can't absorb straight magnesium in metallic form, so they must be given as magnesium salts. In chemistry, a salt is any compound that has a metal ion bonded to a non-metal ion. So the magnesium sulfate in the salvital will be providing magnesium to your muscles which helps with cramps. It'll also give you the squirts if you use too much (magnesium sulfate is what is in epsom salts, which are used as a laxative). So the Chinese whispers have taken "magnesium salts help cramps" to just "salt helps cramps, purple monkey dishwasher".

I use a magnesium supplement (Swisse brand) to help with muscle spasms in my back. If anybody has problems with consistent cramps, try out a magnesium supplement and see how that goes. There are thousands of brands out there. I like the Swisse one because it has a more absorbable form of magnesium.

I've used Endura as a sports drink and 'Herbs Of Gold' magnesiusm powder for magnesium deficiencies which led to restless legs for me.

Always do this in the weeks before a long race to make sure the magnesium levels are boosted prior to the race.

Damn, I always thought the dishwasher was a blue monkey.

The management has RLS pretty bad. She has some powder stuff now that seems to be helping, I'll check what it is.

Pretty sure the state government has help for small businesses in those sort of situations too. Dunno how good it is but may be useful.

Had a blowout on day 21, while having shower of all places, and had no idea it was coming! (so probably the best place for it) the funny part is that we had a blackout a few seconds after, which meant it was pretty dark, and if you know asian showers, they need an electric pump for the water pressure. So it took a while to tidy up. My boy showered after me and had a bit of a whinge.

I found the lomotil, popped a couple and have been just 'ok' ever since, albeit I try to hold back the farting in public for as long as possible, it is just far too risky.

Whilst on the topic, gee you got to be careful while pissing into the squat toilets. If you dont get your aim spot on you spray all over ya boots. And from that distance its like trying to piss into a keyhole.

Give them anti motion sickness/sleeping tablets and knock them out for a portion of the day.

I'm doing that with the kids tonight, otherwise the oldest one will cover the car in whatever her dinner was before we left...
