Ask Billyman next time you see him about his Eagle-Moose at Rocky a few years back. After having eagle on 10 he had a great round going until he Moosed the 16th. (which isn't that hard to do)

He was awarded the first ever Eagle Moose trophy.

My uncle in-law explained it visually. Hold your hands with ten fingers splayed out and then put your thumbs on the sides of your head.

No, it's just some random I found on Google image search.

Why would take a photo of my wife's uncle doing the Moose sign?

Buggered if I know, but who knows why Victorians do half of the things they do.

Isn't this an additional 4 stroke penalty for hitting 2 incorrect balls?

I believed I was adjacent to the range and was merely returning the balls.

    My Moose:

Scenario: about to start 2nd round of club champs and I am equal 2nd
    1st PAR 5
    1. Big slice that stops 3' short of right hand bunker
    2. Top 3 wood into bunker
    4. Try to hit 4 iron, catch edge
    5. 8 iron to middle of fairway (220m to go)
    6. 3 wood up right side, hits a stick and jumps into a bush
    7. 4 iron tap out from under tree
    8. 60* wedge to 3'
    9. Lip out to 2'
    10. Easy in

Result 104 off stick and my first round over 100 in years!

    I had no idea a 10 was a moose.

    Why?

We have a set of moose ears in the bar for offenders to wear. Always good for a giggle. I've never worn them - touch wood.

After seeing this thread yesterday, was very nervous over my 4ft putt for nine at Darwin today.

Happy to report no Moose carded.

Does it have to be a 10 or is any number in double figures good enough to be Bullwinkle?

Nah 10 or over qualifies. They're actually reindeer horns I think.
