Being the originator of the thread, I'd be happy for it to die.

I felt frustrated for Jim and it wasn't my cash.

It appears from the poor comms and significantly delayed refund that Gary has plenty of other customers, so dropping some by the wayside shouldn't be a big deal for him

So you assumed a small one man business would have expensive exotic wedge heads in stock, which would obviously mean you got it in a couple of days, then you waited a whole 6 weeks to check on that.

Of course you knew he had to order it from the distributor, and you also knew the distributor had to import it, and so you didnt incur excessive freight costs, that it would wait until they bring in a larger order.

Thanks for providing that link, there is over 100 positive feedback and no negative in last 12 months, and very high customer satisfaction ratings. It would seem that you are the one who is misguiding and ill informing.

But even the Neutral feedback could be negative, they have had the same trouble with late delivery and poor communication.

i have read those comments and they are so trivial, every ebay seller gets that. My selling record was perfect until I had someone complain about my postage costs when I charged less than actual Australia post charged.

Its pretty obvious that 100+ positive sales paints a clearer picture than what Jim is trying to show.

This is now a JOkE Blakey you hold Gaz very highly maybe too high but the truth is Gaz can be useless at some things like all humans.
I also think Gaz is a great bloke but mate we all know communication is always needed and being honest!
I am sure a thread on anyone could be started to tear people apart it's easy to attack someone.
But this is now all a boring read

For mine nothing paints a clearer picture of what this bloke is made of than that he coerces punters with a combination of stick and whiff of carrot. My gut tells me that Jim only got his refund because of social media pressure and I wonder how many ripped of punters have deleted negative feedback previously.

Just a follow up on my dealings with ACG, after filing a complaint through paypal, a refund was attempted within a day, failed three days later and was reissued successfully.
I then received an email stating that the refund had been paid.
I proceeded to post what I consider an accurate review of my transaction on the ACG facebook page. Gary replied to my review with two words "Richard Cranium".
So the lesson here is two fold.
    1) If you do business with ACG always use paypal.
    2) The fastest way to get a response from Gary is to write something accurate on Facebook.

    You live, You learn.

One last note, the ability to leave feedback on the ACG Facebook page has now been removed. Funny that!!!!!!
