What did he forget to mention that was quite relevant?
If Jim was aware that it was going to be tough to get, fair enough. I think Jim has been quite patient to this point to be honest. If the order is no closer to being filled 6 months down the track, just refund the money. How hard is that?
oooh, how thrilling, a mystery that only Mark, Jim and old mate know.
Can the person who told old mate about the post, tell old mate to tell MTB to stop with the attempt to restore credibility by arguing that a known fact prevented communication, common courtesy and a refund, please
Where's Miss Fisher from the ABC? - she'd sort this out.
Mystery to me too
No

I've had dealings with Aussie Custom golf over the past year or thereabouts. But admittedly, I travelled to the workshop in Newcastle and bought and paid for stuff directly.
If I were closer I would pay a visit to his workshop too.
I thought this chap was in QLD?
If it's who I saw years ago he used to be. But we'd be talking pre-ozgolf days is reckon. Was in Brissie.
Probably mtb's connection has you thinking that, but he gets around.

He used to be based just over the Border, near Currumbin Valley. He moved to Gateshead in Newcastle a few years ago now.
I bought some shafts off him earlier in the year via eBay, didn't have any issues. He rang me up as soon as I had bought them and checked everything and posted them straight away. I think Gary's heart is in the right place, but he struggles a bit in the e-World I think. His web site lists lots of product, but it probably isn't obvious to most that very little of it is actually held in stock. Gary has to order it in, and that takes time, especially if you are trying to keep costs down. That together with him still playing professionally at times, and his dodgy health don't help either.
