My brother got fitted with him 12 months ago and still drops around occasionally to bounce ideas off him before purchasing anything.

My supply issues still not resolved after a brief couple of emails with delivery to be next couple of days, ( 10 th July )
We are now back to no response to Emails or phone calls which are diverted to answer phone, and no reply to Text messages.
I have given up hope of ever getting the wedge, so have asked for a refund, payed him $274 which included freight.
Not what I consider a reasonable business practise.

You can lodge online at fair trading, maybe you aren't the only one. They do reply quite quickly, I used this with an insurance company complaint.

I think it deserves a triple eye roll still.

I guess I am concerned that the folk in the forum are still supporting the guy even after two clear strikes such as yours and Jims.

Not many astute and honest business folk would do this once, let alone twice.

I'll wait for the defence obviously, but it's pretty close to undefendable for mine.

If Gary has taken ill again, then that's not good.

But, despite the illness last time or this time if that's the case, based on Jim's dates, nearing 6 months to fill an order does seem like a long time.

I'd be looking at the Consumer Law website if it was me, and I wouldn't be removing any post by what seems to be akin to a type of blackmail.

Surely after 6 months and he still hasn't sent it to you or is having trouble getting it he would just refund you or is he filling it out of a block of steel.
