    Default Cheap Country Membership Options

Does anyone know of a country course that might want a donation in exchange for an AGU/Golflink card.

I'm currently with Robina and would prefer my coin go to a struggling country course instead of somewhere like Robina that doesn't need it.

Mirboo Nth has country memberships at $110 I think.

Murray Downs. I think one of the forum members on here might even know the President of the club.

$420 for full memberships, which might be a bit higher than you are looking for, but the reciprocal clubs list is something to behold (including Robina).

Only if they find out. Easier to get away with it with clubs that don't require a letter of introduction and if you don't abuse it.

Varies quite a lot, eg at Cob Barooga most recips have the 50km radius rule but others are 60km, 120km and unrestricted. From memory one of the Murray Clubs (might be Rich River) does not have the radius rule, the only catch is you have to be a full member.

Ask around and suss it out.

That's $150 for full membership - you won't need that. Just go with the $110 option and get your golflink number and AGU membership.

I've got the level above that because I play there every so often so I might as well be allowed to win something.

Cohuna Golf Club has a similar deal to Mirboo North.

    http://www.cohunagolfclub.com.au/coh...p-enquiry.html

Slightly closer - you'd only have to drive for 19 hours to get there for a hit!
Still not playing enough GolfLink | Slightly less terrible stats brought to you by Golfshot - F: 57%, GIR: 23%, UD: 14%, P: 34. Wow, improvement! | Nickent brand ho or tightarse? You be the judge!

Nudgee College or Sandgate, but both are probably slightly more than you want to pay.

Does Bagara Golf Club have country memberships?

Can they cover all the fees with that if a handicap is included? I recall when seeing the breakdown there was only a few bucks change out of $150.

Affiliation fees are less than $50 all up.

About $20 for GA. Another $15 or so for state. $10 for DGA. $5 for Golflink. Not exact numbers but close enough.

Affiliation, golflink & Insurance is circa $70 and a bit less for Golf Access providers.

So the clubs get to keep the difference and most golf access providers make $40 odd per registered player, although some charge and make more.
