Hi all. As you know clikchic nor myself have been around much lately. We've been pretty busy with other things which have pretty much curtailed my time on the net and completely washed out my golf for a while.

A lot is happening at the moment with the matchplay champs and ozgolf champs etc all going full steam ahead.

Since I'm not around much AndyP is now a forum moderator. He's offered to help in the general running of things and since he has a lot of involvement in the matchplay and champs I feel his assistance would be fantastic. It'll also mean that changes and things will probably occur much quicker than someone having to pm me and then wait 2 days for me to get on the computer again. Andy is also on the site often so he'll be more on top of things than I have been.

Anyway, lets all welcome him to his new role. Let's not make it too hard on him.

Why not create another forum... How about "MAJOR CHAMPIONSHIPS"?

Guys, I offered to help goughy out with some of the adminny stuff on the site, as he and clikchic have other priorities at the moment, and I'm on here more often than not.
Now I've got all these fancy schmancy buttons on the page that weren't there before.

Things that come to mind, that I will look at when I get a chance is the number of stickies, whether new topics are needed (like a complete new topic devoted to Chopra's and Rotella's teachings), and some of the suggestions made in the suggestion box.

Not really. I only have moderator privileges, which means I can't change any of the setup of the site.

I think Robyn was having trouble finding a compatible chatroom anyway. Perhaps we just need to go back to the original one.
I miss it too.

Rob's a bit sick at the mo, but I'll see if there is something she can do about a chat site for us.

We just upgrades to the new nortons security version at it's buggered our internet up. Most of the time we can send and receive email but not access the web.

It's a pain. For her not me. This is the first time I've been on in days

Well, our newest moderator has had a jump in status!!! Andyp now has admin status so he can make some changes etc that mod status wouldn't allow him to do. This will allow him to keep better control on the site and make changes/upgrades as necessary, something we haven't had time to really do lately.
