I have been using tapatalk for a couple of weeks now. Originally I was against, purely because Timah was such a fan.

It is good. Much better than liteweight.

On the App Store TT has a lot better rating than TT2, maybe that is just because it has been around longer?

Pretty much. TT2 has only been out for a few weeks.

There's a bit more to 'learn' on TT2 than TT, but they both are miles ahead over lightweight.

Have read mixed reviews on the App Store I might keep using the lightweight style for a bit longer and continue to be a tightarse and bitch

TT used to suck. There were some big problems with it. But in the last 6 - 9 months they've pulled it together (on Android at least) and hardly any issues at all. No major showstoppers anyways.

It used to fail when going to the last read post, which was a show stopper for me. But once that was fixed, I went back to using it. I even convinced another forum to install it.

The swipe and tap to mark a thread as read is great too.

I got tapatalk 2 a couple of weeks ago. No problems so far

Take note, the Lightweight style will disappear completely shortly as I'll be working on restoring it. Anyone accessing the forum from a mobile device will be directed to the full version temporarily.

OK, it should be fixed now. The 'Report' button should appear on the left and the other buttons on the right. If anyone is having issues with the Lightweight style, please try refreshing/ restarting your browser.

Have had tapatalk on my appzap watch list and got a notification that it had dropped to .99c so I took the plunge. I didn't think it was worth it at $2.99. It will take a little getting used to but liking it so far.

Select the Lightweight option at the bottom of any page - the default is Gamer Green so you'll need to click/tap on that to give you the option to change.

It should switch automatically on detection of a mobile device. What device are you using?
