3 balls - false advertising!!!
Way back last wed I ordered some Mizzy MP 52's from 3balls.
Cost about $500 with ecoupon I downloaded for 10% discount.
Now clubs described as "Like New" which means could show shop signs of wear or slight wear.
The exact same clubs are at Drummonds Melb for $1359 on SALE !
Well today they arrived.
You can imagine my disgust when I unwrapped the box to find all clubs with plastic still on head and clearly UNTOUCHED !!!
Should I protest about the description

Description was like obviously like put together by a 15 year old girl. They're like new, rodders!

What a bonus! that's great. I've only ever bought used balls from those guys and they have always been better than described.

The Pro D is a great head. The 9.5 with the oban is probably the perfect ball flight for me, but the 8.5 axiv red is a long dog of a beast that goes a mile when I spank it. The only problem is that DC68 hits it better than me, which stings a bit just quietly.
I'm not convinced that the oban is stiff enough, but I am really trying to not belt the arse out of the ball lately so that might be a good thing.

Its a great head. I have the callaway legacy tour with the diamana wb but from today I think the cobra was easier to change flight and shape. Have to put the cobra in comp and see what happens. When you want to sell it let me know

yep good old 3 balls -so dishonest with their descriptions...always much better than expected.
I have bought a "Fine" condition Cally X Forged wedge that came with the plastic on it. Obviously the 15 year old was having a bad day and said "Whatever - fine!!!"
Cheers

I think they have to describe the condition as "used" to get around a resale loop hole.

3 Balls FTW.....our last few WAnker orders have gone off perfectly.....only problem with 3 Balls is their stock of shoes is never really replenished. I've got a $125 voucher burning a whole in my email waiting to be spent but the shoes I want never seem to be available in my size.

Mizuno and some other OEM's don't allow 3Balls and other online sellers to sell their clubs new so the sellers have to get around that. I have had the same experience.
With such a large difference in price and more golfers becoming aware of how easy it is to buy from the U.S. how are Aussie retailers making a dollar?

By ripping off unsuspecting buyers who are lured into overpriced junk clubs with gimmicks like 'clubfit'

Showed our club pro the new sticks and told him the price. Said they cannot get them wholesale for that in Australia.
With the aussie dollar booming and more and more people becoming a bit more savvy regarding overseas purchases, don't think I'd like to own a golf shop in Oz.
