Early news is that Hopes could be out. Damn shame that would be.

My two picks to win this for NSW - Jaques and Thornton. These two will be wearing Green'n'Gold before any more QLD'ers.

    Thornely?
Are you so depressed about Bret Thornton's injury during last night's Wizard Cup final, that you can't get him out of your mind.

    Good question.......

There is a big difference between not supporting Qld sporting sides, and hating everything about Qld.

    Don't think so Pete.

That wicket will be so flat, not even NSW "A grade"

attack wii be able to get a able to move sideways.

To be sure of this I think the curator is using for the first time a drop in pitch, it a special composition I believe.......

Actually i'd be surprised if either get any more call-ups from this day forward, but my money is on SCG MacGill to take more wickets during the PC Final.

    Ante up?

How quickly does your tune change from....

"Brett Lee is in the team, they'll be 0/2000 by drinks"

    to...

"Brett Lee is playing for NSW? We're in trouble - he's fast, scary and devilishly handsome all at once."

Box of tissues for SE QLD please?

MacGill has enjoyed outstanding success against Queensland - taking 59 wickets at 28 against the Bulls - and shapes as a formidable weapon in the Pura Cup final.
And another 20 on offer tomorrow

Jarro, it's the only way the Bull's will win again, if the Mighty Blues players move around and help the other states a bit

Bevan, did it this year to put Tassie on the cricketing map

Maybe MacGill can help the potty calves out next year
