The rather locally famous (he'd probably be around 3rd most renowned person/name on town, maybe 4th behind the mayor) who pays his accounts on his terms, not the terms of the business (me) who did the work. He's had over a month of my income outstanding for a month now, and after contacting him every two to three days for weeks, eventually told me that he pays his accounts on a twice monthly basis. Well, I've clearly gone through two of those cycles so far! We just had to all the bank for a break on our home loan solely because of him. Made worse by the fact had I known the work was for him, I would have refused to do it. But it was for a decorator I do work for but she said the customer would be paying me directly (many local decorators do this. 20 years in business so far and this is the first time I've had this problem.

I tossed up between posting in this thread or the pissed off thread, but I really do wanna Thump him.

Twiggy just got us 10 million COVID test kits amongst shitloads of other philanthropic work. I’m cool with him advocating that he still has a market open to him. It’s his job to care about his (and his shareholders) wallet. Carr didn’t say anything controversial at all but had a crack at the Murdoch press for taking their talking points from Trumps re-election campaign, which is a fair assessment.
