    Virginia tue 9/2/2010.

BV/G69 anyone can care to do the player reviews and odds.

I'm backing lucas as I will be in the car park on the phone with work and miss the tee time.

most lost balls in a matchplay ever

i'll back pete, he will win by completing 3 holes, to Lucas's 2.

No it is virginia besides the 2,3,4,7 you can almost hit the ball anywhere and keep it in play.

    just to jinks myself.

The next question is the number of shots I'm getting 1 at present

Go PETE! Sorry, I had to say that

Should be a pretty close battle i reckon. Both of them have plenty of length, and both of them can get into trouble with driver if its a little off.

Both have pretty good short games. Hell I've seen Pete get more pars/birdies in a round from opposite fairways than he has from hitting the right one. And last week Lucas got up and down a million times.

Pete is a streaky putter at best. If its onsong then I put Pete down for a 2/1 victory.

Have to back Lucas. Pete may still be demoralised after a 4 hour domestic at Wynnum.
    Forum needs more banter.

anybody's game this one and after three rounds of golf over the weekend at least i will know what direction i'm hitting in. A new untested driver will also make an appearance so that could be a factor

Pete only one shot, unless i have a blinder on saturday you may get 2

Congrats again Pete, bad luck Lucas.
Pete played some very solid golf early hitting some monster drives and his short game was on today. Lucas just had one of those days.

Congratulations Pete, commiserations Lucas. Lucas has been hitting the ball pretty solid recently, so Pete can be well pleased with this win behind him.

    Jaybam,

no it was hurting but lucas didn't go for a hard hand shack early enough.

    Daves,

It was the only reason I wanted to play I new he was due for a bad round soon.
