    Default Wa champs - prizes/donations

Alright sandgropers our WA champs w'end is not too far away and as has been the case in previous comps ran by THE DON we always have very generous punters amongst us.
But to help things run smoothly and save some confusion for the w'end we want to get the list of prizes together well before the w'end.
So if you can put forward here or PM what you are able to donate that would be much appreciated. Whether it's a sleeve of Pinnacles or a Fascinating bottle of wine, it doesn't matter, it will all go into to THE DON'S lair and he will divvy up the allocation of prizes before the w'end comes around.
Bear in mind their will also be cash prizes for NTP/LD over the w'end and the Matchplay comp on the Friday will run seperate to the WA champs.

Played 9 with Golfnut this afternoon on the back 9 of Tuart. How short is that course? We didn't have a par 4 longer than 300m. On a good driving day, I could make most of those greens or close to them.

BTW. GN was getting that ball out there a few times today.

bergsey, let me know what poison you are contributing if you wish. but to be honest there isn't anything more needed.

If you would like to name your own Bergsey Plate type trophy then by all means add something else, maybe highest single day points?

Ok how about a 2001 Magellan Shiraz. It was a great vintage from one of my mates who is a WA winemaker and unfortunately no longer with us.

Perhaps due to Magellan being an explorer it could be awarded to the most wayward golfer (e.g lowest number of fairways) but who also plays closest to their handicap?

so you have to count the number of f'ways of all and then see who played closest to h/c?

I will let you designate who wins that one mate. I will put it in the prize pool though.

Adlo - with the MegaWatty Putting Plate, could we make it so wipes are 3 putts?

It just makes it easier for people using iphone or gps to do numbers outside the normal score.

Can we get anyone putting in another sleeve of premium pills?

Best Nett on each day will be awarded and we only have one day covered so far.
