Sitting here thinking "I hope Bernie is watching this" It would be reality check No. 1 of several he needs, if he is going to get out of the huge hole he has dug himself into.

Front row for me. It was awesome. Although fifth set tiebreakers suck.

Bit more experience and he probably would have closed it out. He doesn't get a lot of freebies on his serve at this point but god can he return booming first serves. Amazing effort.

It's a shame that dickhead leader of We The People (new Fanatics) got Zverev fired up in the fourth, because he was in a bad headspace before that.

Didn't catch that. Hopefully the young fella can win his reverse singles.

Zverev is a class act on and off the court. Alex's effort to push him to the limit was quality stuff.

Alex has real ticker, he's a really proud Aussie who gives 100% every time he's on the court.

Did you see the poster he held up to Zverev? And if so, do you know the meaning. It was a picture of the thumb and forefinger making a circle.

Media darling and Australian hero, Kyrgios, does it easy in the second tie. Even with the towel "chewing".

His preparation for the event was sensational, taking a pay packet for a 1 week appearance on 'Im a celebrity get me out of here' meanwhile any top 100 ranked player is grinding out session after session with their respective hitting partners and coaches

The little sh*t needs to wake up and realise that his bank account is going to diminish quickly without any major income (hence results) falling into it, there have been similar stories Scud being one of them

Why does he need to realise this, maybe he is stoked with having a shit ton of money as a young bloke and having a ball. Why is your/our/the public's viewing matrix the correct one in this instance.

I'm with Yoss on this. He's allowed to be as much of a twat as he likes and prepare however poorly as he wants. We are also allowed to call him a twat, but that doesn't mean he has to change anything.

    He is a twat though.
