Where did you get $100,000 from? He gets $10,000 if he doesn't play, $20k if he plays twice. Then he gets more for wins; $8,375 for each doubles win, and $9,850 for team wins, and more if they are in the finals.
It is still ridiculous though.
Every player gets $100,000 appearance money which is on top of what you listed Andy.
