There's been some really stupid decisions made during the last 12 months, but none moreso than holding the Australian Open tennis. Truly ****ing stupid. **** you Dan Andrews.

Bernie Tomic's partner complained that she has to wash her own hair in quarantine

Caught a bit of the warm up event in Adelaide on the tele today while having lunch.
Gee the standard was real low with Osaka and Williams. So many unforced errors and miss hit shots.
Looked like it was casual day re: dress standard from Osaka with mumble pants and a crop top.
Unless black clothing is really sliming Williams looks to have trimmed down quite a bit.

Congratulations to Thomas Fancutt who has been accepted into the draw of one of the ATP tournaments as an alternate. It will be his first ever match at ATP level.

He plays Monteiro, and you can probably bet on whether there will be a foot fault in the fourth game of the second set.

He made it all the way through qualifying and into the second round without much effort.

Bit of preference for plush pile and happy meals in the Channel 9 female commentary team.
