Due date is the end of March. Does this mean a double DQ?
    Forum needs more banter.

No they aren't DQ'd as both of them have made an effort to get the match over and done with by already playing twice. If only both of them weren't such big chokers this would already be over.

How about that any replay only goes for 9 holes. Then its sudden death if still tied. That will guarantee a result 99% of the time easily. If they are still tied after the whole second 18, shoot both of them.

That might seem like a waste of half a round for some, but the matches are supposed to go for sudden death after 18, not play again.

If we are not holding up the draw, why should anyone else care? We could have had playoff holes, but we prefer a full replay as we enjoy playing matchplay, and don't get the opportunity at club level like others.

No good. It makes too much sense. Kind of like golden goal in soccer.

To be fair, it's more like golden goal after another two hours of extra time.

you are depriving yourself of one of the best parts of matchplay - sudden death.

They are obviously both scared and keep throwing holes to ensure a tie in the vain hope I might have a respectable round in the mean time and lower my HC.

Daves 2 up over Eags today at Bribie.

So unless Nudgee can derail Scratch Shaun, it will be a lefty quarter final in this corner of the draw!
