You have as much to do today as myself / Golfer69?

Thanks Trung - i'm kinda hoping we break 30 this time, i think we can do a tentative (9 months out from the date) of 8 groups. We should also ask about getting some sort of afternoon tea/dinner arrangement, if we can get that many people in one spot perhaps we can arrange some sort of 'do' at the end.

As least this time they can't blame those phone calls on me. Jarro was the only person up at 3am last time.

I am out unless there are some very cheap airfares - it will be a $800 weekend for Brad & I and it's too close to Africa.

Maybe when we get closer I might have a few more $$$!

You're not wrong Amanda, i'm basing 'good' travel at about $100 e/w. If you can fluke a good airfare, you're still talking $150 each return.

If i am in the northern rivers by then it also opens up the option of flying to Ballina, or even Lismore - which you might be able to do cheaper with Rex. We'll know more about this though in the next 4-6 weeks.

Rex has a ridiculously low limit on the weight of the luggage. No way you can take your sticks there unless you are prepared to play with the 4 club junior set ...

I think the limit was 15 kg per person ... If you exceed this, the fare goes up exponentially ...

Mandy, if you score some cheap tickets, it shouldn't be too bad. Trung and I got $80 return last year. You might even be able to fly up and back on the same day.

Jono - i fly Rex to Lismore (or Ballina depending on the flight) a couple of times a year and have never had any hassle with my clubs, with my clothes packed inside my bag-bag. All up it's about 20 kg's.

There was one occasion when we got back to Sydney and the clubs didn't emerge for 20 minutes, but that's another story.

I'll be keeping my eye out for those - if we can get something similar - it should be alright.
