I could be a good chance for this Eags - but won't know definitely till Wed arvo ! [I guess that is not much help !] - in the meantime if you get a sure fire starter take it - if still vacant later on I could be a show. I was going to say put me in pencil but I heard Jarro owns the copyright to that phrase now.

    Results from the day
    Tezza 43pts 69 of the stick =D>
    Damoocow 41pts
    Jarro 38pts
    Eag's 35pts

The course was in top nick and the greens rolled true.
Tezza put on a awesome display today, pleasure to watch
Jarro racked up a heap of birdies early as well and played very solid all day.
Damo will soon be lowering that burgular handicap of his very soon if he keeps playing the way he is.
As for me, it was a bit of a chop, but still scored ok. A bit rusty after a couple of weeks off.

Thanks for the hit guys and I will try and arrange another one soon

    Nice scores, gents.
Is this a return to form for you, Tezza, after a dry spell?

Was it a bit of a stinker today? Or was there a breeze up at Nudgee?
It was very toasty in the city when I went out at lunch.

Jarro, could you please ensure that your golf club processes moocow's card. This should not be allowed to continue.

Yeah AndyP, i think Tezza is back .... he played awesome today
seemed like he had a birdie putt on every green.

    My bad. Sorry.
Even though I read Wantima, I guess I'm just used to you guys playing at Nudgee midweek.
The question about the temperature/"player's comfort" still stands. ??

I guess that leaves the card processing responsibility with Eag's then.

I'll have to play there one of these days.
My social club is having a hit there next month, but I'll miss out on playing there again, as it clashes with the Wynnum Cup.

    That's a great comp fee.
Was that for all comers, or because you were Eag's's guest?
If the former, we should get it added to the Brisbane Open Days list.

Eag's, I can't recall if you have answered this before, but does Wantima have open comps on the weekend at all? And would it be the same comp fee?

If not, I'll have to play a social round on the weekend sometime. I get half reciprical rates anyway.

i think the $14 comp fee was for all-comers.

Moocow and I payed by ourselves when Eag's wasn't around, so i assume it's a standard deal.

Eag's also mentioned that Wantima has open days on Fridays now.

Will let you know after a hit at Windy tomorrow could come crashing back to reality real quick tomorrow

Thanks for a great day guys and to Eags for setin it up.

Very happy with my form today,Particularly being able to knock Damo off with his Cap

Mind you it took the lowest round I have ever played to knock him off

The way Jarro started with 5 straight 3 pointers, I thought we where all playing for second

Wantima now has an open comp every Fri for $14 which is good value.
It is usually a Single Stab from the Blue markers.
I will try and get in early and book a few more tee times next time around

By the way, Golflink has already been updated

    Wow! That's impressive.

Moocow and jarro will both be playing off one less stroke next time. Shame we can't see Tezza's.

From 5.1 to a all time low of 4.1, beats the old low of 4.4

Should be fun around Windy off 4

    Well done, Tez.
What was your previous low score before your 69 today?
BTW how many times have you played Wantima before?
