Are we there yet?
A thread is needed to capture some of our excitement.
Courty has been asking me for months whether I was excited about the upcoming Champs, and I wasn't at the time. But in the last couple of weeks, it all seems to be counting down to this weekend, and I can't wait.
It's also the first time, I've decided to play all four rounds.
I've told the missus that she will be seeing very little of me over the whole weekend, and even though I'm not staying at the resort Friday night, I'll be there to be part of the action for as long as I can.
Giddyup!

Bag Canberra as much as you like. But the road system there is as well designed as anywhere in Australia (yes - it doesn't get the volume, but it is well planned).

The ACT roads are great - lots of large roundabouts so that the pubic servants that inhabit the joint get the feeling they are always on the mouse wheel.
They'd be a lot better if the exits out of canberra were a lot narroower to discourage MG's from leaving
Cheers

Bit like the Border controls we have in place for asylum seekers and boat people, totally ineffective, NFI, costs and wastes hundreds of thousands of dollars and still no proper outcome!!!!!!!

There aren't many roundabouts in the ACT. That is a common misconception.

I still need to find the time to buy the booze.
Bags are packed and we are about to head up to the Sunny Coast. I think I've remembered everything.
I stopped cleaning clubs along time ago, but I'm not too bad at keeping them clean on the course.

With all of those headcovers, no-one would be able to tell how clean or dirty they are.

I've never been on a licensed course that officially allows you to take you own booze.
So yes.

Says you. Sledging single markers is a sport. Golf is (clearly) secondary. No-one's sacred (unless you are one of those "quiet, serious types").
