It won't be stableford in the first group.

The header post has been updated with groups.

It is single stab off the second tees, whatever they are. Not off the backs! Match play final in the first group as well.

For those who are going straight from Pac Harbour to Pelican Waters, you don't need to go all the way back to the highway. Heading back towards Caboolture, turn right into Old Toorbul Point Road just past the service station. That will take you up to the Pumicestone Road interchange. Should cut a few minutes off the trip.

(When you get to Pumicestone Road (it's the first stop or give way sign you come to) turn left along Pumicestone Road across the highway, then right at the roundabout and get onto the highway - only word of warning is it's a really short on ramp and the speed limit is 110km/h.)

How about we find someone who knows the quickest way there and we all just follow?

thanks for the tip Westy. That road back to Caboolture from Bribie is a PITA.

Thanks Westy. I've always hated the drive to Bribie. I'll test this new route out when driving southbound before the round.

Is there a reason the Match Play Final is first?

Is there a reason the matchplay final is on the Friday, and not the Saturday of the actual champs?

I've got something on early Friday evening, and won't have enough time to get back with a late tee time. So I'll have to pull out.

    Sorry for the late notice.

Would changing groups help? I'll move it means you don't have to miss out.

No, someone's done me a favour, and even the earlier tee time won't give me time to get back to the southside by 5:15....

Here is the only guide you need,

drive north on Bruce Highway, when you see Bribie Island exit, dont exit.

If I'm driving north on the Bruce, I'll never see the Bribie Island exit.

When the **** is Google Earth going to be updated for Bribie Island?
