Don't know if this should be in the like or dislike thread...... maybe both?

So got nbn up and going and getting great speedtest results on my 7 or 8 year old laptop that can connect to the 5ghz freq on the modem.
Rob has the newer super hp laptop and is getting download result 1/4 of mine (same upload though), I'm guessing because her super laptop can only connect to the 2.4ghz freq.

'Like', because it's a bit of a nah nah na na nah moment.
'Dislike', cause all I've heard and will hear is about it!

Really enjoyed my weekend of golf and catching up with a few of you , am paying for it today tho , hats off to the guys who have played five days straight.
After such a good weekend things got even better this morning a package arrived from my sister , in it was a dinner set which was the first ever trophy / comp I won . My mum had kept it since 1974 , she had discovered it in cupboard after my mum had passed away in September.

That's awesome and very special Grumpy.

Still fail to see how that helps 3pp and his $45.

Going to dinner tonight without the kids for the first time in I don't know how long. Looks like I'm gonna need a collared shirt. Just checking and I only have one that's not size L or bigger, and it's been about a decade since I wore L! We need to go out more often.

What I like though, is I really like the one shirt I've got to wear but Rob doesn't! It's probably old enough to be back in fashion by now!

    1. Ramming a crowbar into the bottom of a fibreglass pool.

    2. And then a log splitter into the side.

Farewell, ugly useless money-sucking hole in the ground.

ps. And you can take the gestapo fencing regulations with you.

That won't do much for the resale value.

A leaking daggy 30yo pool that looks like it needs five figures spent on it doesn't help either.

Pools generally add zip to Residential resale prices at the best of times.

Can someone who hits it further than me point out that this should be sufficient area for a driving range for Dotty.

It's probably a bit wide for what Dotty needs. He could maximise the potential and use half as a putting green and half as a driving range.
Still not playing enough GolfLink | Slightly less terrible stats brought to you by Golfshot - F: 57%, GIR: 23%, UD: 14%, P: 34. Wow, improvement! | Nickent brand ho or tightarse? You be the judge!
