The Parmy is the Ministers domain, pepper gravy and diving mine .
Lobby has to take the main credit for the SSSS (standard schnitzel scoring system) I tweaked it a bit.
I have to check if I've got it written down some where as it was on another site.

Despite the stinking 42 degrees today it was a great early Xmas up at the farm Ardrossan with the Ministers side of the family.
Down to the beach for a splash around at 9am before it got too hot. Few games of table tennis in the shed in place of the usual cricket & tennis on the tennis court ( too hot for that this year) followed by a big lunch and presents.
Every Xmas we get with 96yr Nanna is a good one.

Getting home to find no further loses with the birds made it even better.

When your Daughter or Son finds a career that excites them. My daughter has found teaching is her thing. Judging by the Christmas cards she got from her yr 4 class I think she is going to do alright.

Thinking about joining up the good club again has got me a bit excited.

Tri's seem to be on the back burner as they get more and more expensive and harder for me to take the time off.

I withdrew from Mooloolaba tri last week and cancelled my accommodation. Taking into account the penalties for withdrawing, the costs I'm saving on entrance fees, accommodation for 3 nights, food etc and losing 2 days at work; will pay my years fees at the club, all the comp games I can fit in, a handful of social games with Kyan, and enough left to source myself a hybrid or 5 wood from the pro shop to replace a hybrid I've had since 2007 and have never been able to hit, not even at the range.

    Tri is really expensive!

Getting presents from people that play golf.

A box of TM Tour Preferred trumps a monogrammer or a 'Towel and 2 Hot Dots' giftpack.

Dad getting out of ICU and into the wards after having the bypass surgery on Monday. 5 bypasses were done and it took a while for his Oxy levels to return to normal.
Will be a different Xmas not having a drink at his place with him but to see him tomorrow is going to be great

    Good news Grunt!

I like the comment from our green keeper in the newsletter: the fairways have been sprayed with insecticide for prevention of Red Headed Cockchafers.

Dunno why that gives me a chuckle....

First Xmas Day with mum's side of the family in ten years ... 18 Maxfli Max Power golf balls.

Maybe they are giving me a hint. I won 15 Maxfli XD rocks for NSW Naga in June.
