Coming to the end of a messy divorce with the house selling yesterday $60k over the reserve.
3 weeks and the final piece gets done, papers filed and signed in court.

Plot Twist: The costs are 100% and your ex is now with the real estate agent.

That’d be kicking a man while he’s down.

I thought that was exactly what divorces were designed to do.

Had a few things recently but after almost 18 months of crap the divorce is finalised and I can move on. Not sure if I will ever marry again but happy being me.

Not sure how many MLB fans we have here, but yesterdays Field of Dreams game was really awesome. The intro from Kevin Costner was really something.

And worth watching the 9th inning, the game lived up to the hype perfectly.

Catching up with family after lockdown induced separations.

To our Vic mates, hope tomorrow and the next week can be used to catch up with family and friends. Here's hoping thats the end of state wide lockdowns in this country (note, even Feds have acknowledged that local lockdowns are going to happen for the foreseeable future)

Listening to our State health minister on the ABC radio this morning and she strongly indicated that indigenous communities are likely to face local lockdowns post December 17. Especially if they are still lagging behind on vaccination rates.

Congrats, however a question arises: What was the emergency that his wife had to ring him whilst he's both on tour and on course?

We have auto shouts for this type of transgression.

You don't have to drink them, just buy them.

As one poster opined in another thread, you don't have to be sheeple and go along with the crowd, its all about the individuals choice.

Getting close, at 102% we can get into Qld (relying on the best advice) and at 110% you can go to WA (relying on the best health advice) if you quarantine for a month in the desert and supply your own food and water.

No one under 16 is allowed in though surely; we need to keep Queenslanders safe.

We need to protect vaccinated from the unvaccinated she says. Because obviously the vaccinated can get infected. Therefore to keep queenslanders safe we must not let the vaccinated enter Qld.
