No words to really describe these 2 subhumans.

Would love to think they'll get their right whack, but I have no confidence that they will

Agreed 100%Had two 18 yr olds try breaking into cars/houses in our court last Saturday night. Cops called at 3am, arrive 3.10am.3.12am we hear HELP HELP HELP . The two scum tried breaking into two tradies vans at end of court.Cops said, we'll take some statements then investigate 🤣🤣Needless to say the two young tradies delivered swift and repeated community punishment. Cops went down about 7-8 minutes later, offenders were known to cops who said exactly the same thing, they'd get a warning and let out

Not enough juice to kick it over when it’s time to head home. Wait just over and hour for RAA and get slugged $30 excess for the 5k over the minimum 40k call out.
Then add to that she wants something to eat at 2:30pm so we drive around town for 30min and there are no take aways , bakery’s or delis open to get a bite. They only open from 12-2pm and 4-8pm. Only place open is Supermarket and a Servo which she said had terrible food earlier in the day.
And I am sure it was all your fault too for staying on the course and enjoying yourself.

Absolutely it was all my fault for playing Golf on a Golf trip that she decided had to be a get away for her too despite being told there would be stuff all for her and the kid to do where we were playing and due to Covid restrictions was going to be more limited.

Next time tell her to stay at home and clean the house

You have every right to get some occasional respite considering you're the sole contributor to food on the table

    Sony.

Spent about $3K on a TV 3 months ago and the power button on the remote didn’t work. After making increasingly frustrated phone calls to both Sony and the seller, I finally got a new remote yesterday......... and it doesn’t ****ing work at all.

South Australia and its Stamp Duty.

Over double compared other states. Save a deposit, guess again. You better save 2 deposits.
Then they are wondering why the housing market is down?

They had a really good incentive for first home buyers about 12 years ago when I took out a loan for my (at the time) derelict ex rental

But yes I agree its over the top but so are the council rates and that there is Australia for you

Finding out how things have changed for our niece, after he parents have split. Her father has remarried and we get on fine enough with them, but always had felt she was "the boss". When he split with his wife he lived with us for a year, and his daughter loved that they would have daddy/daughter time, and outings together etc. That's all gone, and he does nothing just with her. He has a stepdaughter and they also have a son together. But she said it was so much fun when he was living with us. Luckily for her she only goes there every second weekend and wednesday nights for dinner. But they can't have their bedroom doors closed, ever. They can't wear lots of types of clothes. They can't have a mobile phone. She said her stepsister got a big fancy new desk that cost about 1k for xmas, and they gave her a colouring book and pencils. The saddest thing was her saying "I'm his daughter too", and that she doesn't want to go over there anymore. They have no legal custody arrangements in place. And the relationship between him and his ex is not good, so I don't think she's gonna say anything to him about it. Also found out they had his parents over for dinner the other day, and they made a comment that it was unfortunate that we weren't able to make it. We hadn't been invited, but they didn't let them know that. The dude finds many ways to piss us off sometimes.

Currently renting after selling our house earlier this year. We're paying for the water as part of the lease [subject to water efficiency compliance] . Decided to do a flow rate test today and some taps are pumping out way over the recommended amount of water. Videoed the tests and gave then to the real estate company who then aggressively came back and basically said too bad, we trust our plumber. I doubt their plumber even attended!

Hey mate, did they provide the plumbers water wise certificate? The only way to successfully fight it is pay for a plumber at your cost to test and write a report advising of the faults and their locations and then most likely a QCAT visit regarding and order for not paying water until rectified.

It’s more hassle than it’s worth
If it aint for sale the right price has just not been offered

They did when i asked. It had computer generated ticks and a handwritten signature.
On principle it's wrong and i dislike getting stitched up, especially considering all the other shit we've dealt with at this rental... A new report will probably cost about 100 or so.. Not ideal but then perhaps the RTA may be on my side.
I'm bored at present so hassle not an issue.

Had do some work on a ladder out the back of the house today and happen to glance up on the roof where our Solar is then had to get up on the roof for a better look at the horror.
Can’t escape the feeling that damage might have been caused during the aircon install disaster early last year.
