They wouldn't pick it up earlier than today because Oxley Rd was closed from flooding and the extra petrol needed to use the motorways (about 4km each way, but faster) was too much. Other transactions have been pretty good so far; not bad enough to want to pay eBay their big fees anyway.

Clever. But I won't be giving the buyer any credit for that cleverness.

I once had an add for pavers 50 cents each. Was 300 of them. Bloke told me he only wanted 100 was that ok. Turned up and wanted to pay me 50 cents for the 100, was already loaded so I just caved and let him take them

I was chatting to the guy who was cleaning windows at the traffic lights for coins. He said he needed the money to buy a toy off Marketplace for his kid who is dying from leaukemia.

Ordering some things for Mother’s Day from country road. Pop up tells me free gift if you spend $150 on one transaction. So I added a few extra items (ended up spending $240). Find out 30 seconds later after processing my payment, the gift was while stocks last. Wouldn’t offer anything of same value just told me to return the items I don’t want when they turn up if that was the reason you bought them

Endless google pop up ads on multiple websites from one of the “teal independents” running in my electorate.

No matter how many times I close the ad with “not interested” they keep turning up.

Google needs to add another choice when you close the ad, “F.ck off I’ve already voted”.

Golf related. I hate being double penalised for hitting it into a hazard, when you cop the one shot penalty for hitting it in there, plus have to drop it in a spot that is very difficult to play from. Yesterday I went into a hazard, and the drop area available to me was under a tree that interfered with my swing on a side slope.

Yeah, lot of golf courses like that, generally low budget ones, they either dont have the nous or the time to manage that.

Would you have been better off re-hitting or going further back on line?

No realistic option of further back on the line (red hazard stakes with the hazard full of trees), and I was 230m down the hole from my drive, so no gain in re-hitting. I should have hit the shot better after the drop, but getting it near the green seemed unlikely anyway.

Takeaway shops missing part of your order. Just had hungry jacks, order the family bundle (2 whoppers, 2 cheese burgers, 10 nuggets, 4 small chips/drinks.) perfect for my family of 5. Got home both cheese burgers missing = kids upset. Had to cut my burger in half and try to convince them it’s the same as a cheese burger
