Smash the Deep heat and Tiger balm / have a physio look at it early and they can get you onto some stretches before anything physical to lessen the damage..

Feel like crap but went and played Keperra for 9 holes with my brother. Birdied 6,7 & 8 and missed the birdie putt on 9 by a whisker. Golf is a funny game.

ah yeah didnt realise it was a recent injury... but get a physio to check it out.

Trying to play a quick 9 alone.. ending up playing with someone who spends the whole round telling me im a cheat for my handicap being 25.. he really wasnt happy when I told him I was off 34 3 weeks prior... its not my problem I started playing golf 8 months ago and my handicap is what it is.. His last words to me after finishing 9 was that he wasnt going to be playing in saturdays comp because of people like me.

And to think with my handicap so high I havent even come close to winning a comp.. Gee I must be the worst cheat in the world. The guy in question was off 18 himself.. he was just angry I shot 8 lower than him haha

who knows , he was friendly for all of 3 holes.. then he got annoyed that I was outshooting him.. then he started trying to give me tips about driving.. after me hitting the best drives of my life and him being in tree's and bushes left and right.. yeah.. he was a happy bloke by the end of it.. :P i shot a 40 , he shot 48 and was fuming.. my PB 9 hole score.

ALso got to see a pretty awesome distance throw of his putter.. that was my highlight , he 3 jacked the last hole and threw the putter , shook my hand and said he wouldnt be playing saturday because of blokes like me.
