That looks like one that fell of the truck, was backed over, put back on the truck and delivered. Looks very similar to a putter shaft I once received back from someone. I've heard from people who work in the post office that the drivers certainly don't treat the parcels as their own.

nah, it was probably thrown in the bottom of the shipping container and had heavier items thrown in on top of it.

Next time use EFT facility and get the refund directly deposited into your bank account. The delay is only with cheques.

I'm 25 and have been out for 3 months with a couple of bulging discs... but I agree, any period of time off the course is very frustrating regardless of age.
