That 2 old farts have managed to "run over" my Smoothy Buggy in the last few months. The first one ran over a back wheel and buckled the axle assembly. Lots of hammering eventually got it back into some sort of original orientation. This time they ran over the front wheel and have shizzled the plastic/graphite cradle the front wheel clicks into. I maybe able to resurrect it, but it will require a lot of work and reinforcing to get it working again. It seems you can't buy the part either. Might have to give them a ring to ask.

Banks, credit unions or whatever they are called!
Find out tonight why the car is not selling, the f'ing QANTAS Staff Credit union fail to close a loan that I briefly had when I paid out the lease, loan was paid out.
A failed buyer rings me this afternoon to let me know, he had done a REVS check.
I was shocked and pissed off.
I have been thinking I have had the car overpriced and have been dropping the price almost weekly. The sales look like going ahead and then nothing, people were checking revs and then obviously looking elsewhere.
    Not happy!

People that think buying a small coffee and maybe a lamington entitles them to sit in the coffee shop for hours bludging off the free wifi and taking up seats that other customers could use.

How many hours does the above mentioned purchase entitle you to?

But by having seats and free wifi you are inviting them to stay.....

As long as it takes to eat your lamington at a reasonable pace in my opinion

I feel your pain oh so much.. what do you do for a living? Im constantly batting with architects... the younger they are the harder it is to reason with them.. as they all dont understand anything about construction..

Throw them on a job site for a year to help site managers and it would improve them 1000%

In the same boat as you guys.. about to start renos on our house and being in a demolition control area cant raise the height of the roof.. we are extending back and the new roof is a rubiks cube.. it has 2 valleys and a a hip meeting at the same point and has 4 different roof pitches coming off it.. My truss guys cant make trusses for it, the architects dont have a clue and its up to me to pitch it. Idiots .. looks nice on paper but impossible to build . We arent raising the house but i could have then the entire roof would have been higher but leaving it as it is i cant increase roof height.. bloody bureaucrats and their idiotic ideas. No wonder building costs are so high.
